Subscription & billing
Check the subscription owner and renewal status in the official account/app. App-store subscriptions may need to be managed through Apple or Google.
Playback problems
Check the internet connection, restart the app and test another title or device. Install the latest app version before escalating.
App/device compatibility
Check the official supported-device requirements, update the app and operating system, and retry after a restart.
Downloads & offline viewing
Check available storage, connection stability and the account’s download limits. Remove a failed download and retry from the official app.
Password reset
Use the official password-reset page and verify the recovery email/phone. Never give a one-time code to another person.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel through the official account or original purchase channel, then save the confirmation. Refund eligibility is separate from cancellation.
