Common customer problems
Activation or license key
Use the vendor's official activation page or app. Confirm the product and account match your purchase. Never send a password or one-time code to an unknown person.
Cancel auto-renewal
Identify who billed you first. Direct purchases use the vendor account; Apple, Google, retailers and other providers may require cancellation through that provider.
Refund request
Check the current vendor refund policy and purchase channel. Refund eligibility can depend on plan type, purchase date and seller.
Unexpected renewal
Find the invoice or bank statement descriptor, then use the billing provider's official support route. Do not call numbers shown in suspicious pop-ups.
Installation failure
Use the official installer and check the vendor's compatibility/support requirements. Avoid unofficial download sites and 'support' tools.
Antivirus won't open
Restart, update and use the vendor's official repair or reinstall instructions. Do not disable security controls merely because a pop-up tells you to.
Forgot account password
Use the vendor's official password-reset flow. Never share verification codes with anyone.
Suspicious virus pop-up
Close the browser page if possible. Do not call a number displayed by an unexpected warning. Open your antivirus from its installed app or official website.
Billing problem
Determine whether the vendor, Apple, Google or another seller processed the charge. Contact the party that actually billed you.
Need human support
