Use the official Aura application or account portal for legitimate activation and setup. Keep purchase information private and never send product keys to unsolicited callers.
Installation problems
Restart the device, install operating-system updates and follow the vendor's official installation or removal instructions. Avoid random download sites.
Subscription & cancellation
Use the official account, app store or purchase provider that billed you. Cancellation and refund are separate processes and depend on the purchase channel.
Billing & refunds
Check your receipt and merchant first. Use the official vendor billing/refund process rather than a phone number displayed in a pop-up.
Troubleshooting
Start with restart, updates, account status and official repair/reinstall instructions. Do not use unverified cleanup tools.
Fake support warnings
Never provide passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, full card details or remote computer access to an unsolicited support caller.
